The invention relates to the field of electronics, in particular to the translation of phrases from the first language to the second. The technical result is to improve the accuracy of converting the incoming audio signal into a transmitting terminal in speech form into an encoded text form in the input language, while ensuring the possibility of using a memory device with a relatively small memory size in this terminal. The technical result is achieved due to the following. The process of electronic translation of text code form (CFT) in the input language in the CFT in the target language is organized in two stages. At the first stage, conversion of CFT in the input language to CFT in the intermediate language is provided. In the second stage, the conversion of CFT in the intermediate language to CFT in the target language is provided. At the same time, text-to-text translation is organized as a machine search for individual phrases, sentences, or groups of sentences from a translation database previously performed by professional translators and stored in a mobile network, for example, the Internet. The database of mobile network translation data is constantly replenished by the fact that text forms that are requested for translation, but are not in the translation database, are made publicly available and offered for translation, for example, on a commercial basis to professional translators. In addition, before using the communication terminal, it once verifies the speech of the owner of the communication terminal relative to its written form, programmatically structured by means of this communication terminal.
