User Agreement

This Agreement is a set of rules that establishes the procedure for using the site, which participates in the dating-site system operated by ZNA LLC, and regulates the relationship between the Administration and an individual user. This Agreement is a public offer. The User accepts it by confirming that they join it.

By accepting the Agreement, the User confirms:

• That they have read the Agreement.
• That they are at least 16 years old, including full legal capacity.
• That they will use the Site in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

The User has the right:

• To use the Site or mobile application through any device available to them.

The User undertakes:

• Not to use the Site to upload, send, transmit, or otherwise publish materials, documents, or photos that are illegal, threatening, offensive to morality and human dignity, or contain rude and insulting statements.
• Not to use the Site to upload, send, transmit, or otherwise publish materials containing viruses or other computer code, files, or programs intended to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer, telecommunications equipment, or software.
• To provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about themselves in the registration form and keep this information up to date.
• To immediately notify the Administration of any unauthorized access using the User's login and password or any Site security breach.
• To post photos showing the User or third parties only with the consent of the copyright holder and the third parties shown in the photos.
• Not to publish e-mail addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, links, or other contact details in public access.
• Not to publish any materials requiring attribution without the copyright holder's consent.
• Not to post commercial advertising, commercial offers, campaign materials, spam, chain messages, financial pyramid schemes, invitations to participate in them, or any other intrusive information through the Site or private messages.
• Not to publish insults, slander, obscene language, pornographic or otherwise immoral materials; materials demonstrating or promoting cruelty, terror, or violence; materials insulting human dignity; or any other materials that do not comply with the law.
• Not to use more than one profile to work with the site.
• Not to make or offer transactions with other users regarding any goods, works, or services without approval from the company; not to use the Site for advertising or unlawful propaganda; not to harass or persecute other users; and not to engage in matchmaking for profit.
• The User understands that materials posted by them on the Site may be available to other Internet users, whose actions are not the responsibility of the Administration.
• The User understands that the dating-site system is a network of dating sites that may be located on unique domains and use a shared user-search database.

The Administration may, at its discretion:

• Modify the Site at its discretion.
• Amend this Agreement unilaterally.
• Request documents from the User confirming that the User has all necessary rights to post materials, including photos, programs, and other materials, on the Site.
• Suspend or cancel the User's registration and deny the User access to Site features if the User violates the Agreement.
• Remove, without notice, User materials and information that do not comply with applicable international law, and deny further use of the Site if the User violates the Agreement.
• If the User's registration is cancelled or deleted, deduct from the User's current account all bonus coins accrued during Site use.
• Provide paid and free services to users.
• Change the cost, types, and validity periods of services.
• Remove from its servers any information or materials that the Administration considers undesirable or in violation of the Agreement.
• Transfer rights under this Agreement to third parties for the purpose of performing the Agreement without additional User consent.

The Administration is not responsible for:

• The content, reliability, and accuracy of materials published by users.
• The User's violation of applicable international or regional law.
• Losses or other harm suffered by the User due to actions of third parties.
• Temporary technical failures and interruptions in Site operation, communication-line failures or interruptions, similar failures, or issues with the computer used by the User to access the Internet.
• Damage, loss of information, or any other losses arising from use of the service, including use through mobile communication tools and other technical means.

All exclusive rights to the Site belong to the Administration and are protected by international intellectual property law.
